One of A&E PS's members, John Bragg, took part in the Tamworth Strongest Man Competition 2016.  It was a very miserable day with torrential rain but the event took place regardlessly.  John did very well in the first section with him lifting 360 kilos on the truck tyres, to go joint first.  This was quite amazing as his PB was 300 kilos.

Unfortunately, in the next event, John ripped his bicep and had to go off to hospital.  All at A&E PS wish him a speedy recovery.
